i have an old window fitted in my outhouse adjacent to my front porch entrance,how do i remove the old window and fit the new window,can anyone help please i am no expert,thanks,jointy

Cut out the old one and screw in the new one.

the window frame is wood and is splitting and i need to take it out as it is fitted in my porch which is felt flat roofing which the chipboard is rotting as their is no air circulating in their,i have a pvc window which has an airvent installed into it.
