hello people this is my first post and i hope some of you can help (i have heard your quite good!! :D )

ok so, i have a few songs on my windows media player library and i want to put them onto a disc. when i insert my disc and select the songs i would like to burn onto the disc by ticking them in the box and pop up comes up saying "this service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or it has no enabled devices associated with it"

i have no idea!

any ideas would be most helpful!

Errm, yes, not having a writer would stop you from writing the disk.

I dunno.

A long time ago (in a galaxy...), a woman called me because she said her CD drive kept eating disks. I initially thought they were being damaged whilst spinning. When I looked at her machine, she didn't actually have a CD drive, and she was slipping the disks into the gap between the blanking plates and they were dropping inside the box.
