is it possible to buff out wiper scuffs due to bad blades at home and how and what with? i know that you can have it done profesionaly but how do they do it?

best left to a professional a job like this, i tried to remove some recently with cutting polish but it wouldnt touch them

today i have finally had my screen replaced under waranty it took a dresing down with the MD of arnold clarke but at least it is now done!
