wipe-able matt finish paint?

This is a long shot, but i thought i'd ask but can you get a matt finish paint that can be wipe-able?

you can you can also get some that are washable Dulux diamond matt, Dulux endurance, and Crown clean and extreme are a few that spring to mind

Thanks so much, thought it would be a glass hammer question LoL - which one would you recomend for the landing areas, where the kids seem to be attracted to the walls to walk up the stairs.

all three will work and are ideal for that area, endurance is the retail (diy) version of diamond so will be easier to apply and cheaper. clean and extreme seems pretty good for the price but only started trialing that recently so can't give a definative answer either way only to say not had any probs yet
