Wire colours

Hi,

I have successfully setup my Premier Elite 48 on the bench with a few PIR's and door contacts etc.

The next question I have is basic, and one I should have probably investigated at the start...

Is there a standard wiring colour arrangement I should be using?

None whatsoever, use what ever you like, just be consistent.

Most commonly used in my area
Red +
Black -
Alarm ...blue and yellow
Tamper ....green and white

Thanks. Incidentally I used as you define sparkymarka except yellow and green the other way around.
