Wiring pir and door contact on same zone

Hi all

Fitting a texecom premier elite 24 with premier elite pir's. Using eol I have wired all 8 sensors, 1 to each zone, and realised I have a door contact that needs connecting as well. I have 1 cable run for each, is there a way to make the connection in the panel to get the door contact on a zone with a pir?

Can I just connect the alarm/tamper return cables at the panel in series to the zone?

How many wires at keypad ? 6 or 8 ( 4 needed) for keypad so let's say 2 spare , door contact goes to panel connected to 2 spare on keypad cable , wire on zone one ( outer two if eol ) , now map zone 1 on keypad to zone 9 , program as other zones

6wires at the keypad, and understand now what you mean. Remembered seeing a zone on the keypad
