Wire under-cabinet LEDs to existing light switch?

Hi

I've just fitted some new kitchen cabinets and it's a little gloomy underneath them, so my wife would like to have an LED strip light mounted underneath.
I'm trying to figure out the best way of powering these. Right next to the cabinets is the existing kitchen light switch - a typical 2-wire setup. Is it possible to connect the LED power supply/driver directly to this 2-wire setup (I think it will only have live in/out and no neutral)?
There aren't any other sockets, etc. nearby so any other approach will be awkward.
Thanks

Unfortunately, almost certainly not - for the reason you mention. You would need a neutral.

Kind Regards, John
