I’ve gone through all the searches on here so forgive me if I’ve missed any information on this.

I’m wanting to replace the old control panel in my garage. It was an old micromark one but lasted 20 yrs. I was able to arm the garage (which is detached from my house by 10metres) using a Keyfob.

All my detection, 2 PIRs, 2 window sensors and door contact are hard wired. It has a self powered wired external sounder.

Ideally it would like to retain the existing arrangement but I’m struggling to find a system which allows me to do so. The fob system suits me. I’ve seen something on the net of a Honeywell panel (G2) which may do it but it’s not clear whether I need some sort of wireless expander.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction or do I just bin it all and go down the full wireless Yale type DIY kit.

Many thanks

The Honeywell Galaxy G2-12 will need a C079 or C079-2 RF Portal to enable wireless. £35 for the panel, £35 for the keypad and £35 for the module. Search eBay. The TC8 range of fobs work.
