Honeywell. End of!
Honeywell RF, but Drayton & Danfoss are OK. The one to avoid is Salus.
Honeywell seem to have had some problems with their electronics lately, and their help line is not answering, nor do they respond to email.
Apart from that, the Siemens rev24rf is more precise, more versatile and has a stronger wireless signal.

Heard of 9400 problems, have myself, but nothing about RF. You're right about helpline though. Found Drayton best on that front.
