wiring conservatory light

i want to wire in a light in my conservatory but i don,t have access to any ceiling lights to take a feed because of wood flooring upstairs is my only option to go straight to aplug can someone come up with any suggestions please.
 
come off socket circuit to a fused spur. from spur cable to light switch (or use a switched fuse spur) then cable from switch to light, fit 3 amp fuse in spur job done.
