Newbie here, so apologies if my Forum etiquette is not the best :)

So I'm replacing my Honeywell T40 thermostat with a wireless Salus (RT310RF) version, but I just want to make sure I'm getting the wiring right.

The existing wiring for the Honeywell is;

with the current wiring as below;

The wiring diagram for the Salus is as below;

So I'm just wondering how I would wire the Salus up, with the wires I have?

I have it in my head that on the Salus;

Black = N
Brown = L
Grey = NO
+ link from COM to L

Does this sound correct?

Many thanks

Ok, so I've finally got round to doing this! o_O

I wired up my Salus (RT310RF) as above, but it's not working :(

There doesn't appear to be any power getting to the unit, as the power LED is not lit (and the receiver is showing no 'signal').

Any ideas?

Thanks

I changed to a digital stat. Got a local spark to do it in the end as i only needed 2 out of the 3 wires. He explain it to me and basically it's a light switch on or off as stat was run from the battery power. With you having a wireless reciever you need to power that with a constant live i guess.
