Hi, Is it ok to wire in a new cooker hood (no plug attached) using a standard 3 pin plug with a 3 amp fuse? The instructions tell me I need to fit the hood using fixed wiring via a double pole switched fused spur outlet. Surely a 3 amp 3 pin plug including an earth wire is the same?
