Wiring Issue old BT Connection point.

Hello forum

The old connection point that brings the telephone line into my flat was knocked off its mount
when the plaster was doing his work today.

One side of the wiring which leads to where the internet cable goes stayed screw in and the other half which leads out side didn't. Please see photo below.

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction as to what wires should be screw in and where in this connection point, it was working fine before todays incident.
Ill just like to try and solve the problem with out the cost of a BT repair man.

Any help would be much appreciated
