Hi can I pick your brains, I have 2 150w outdoor security lights that I put up just before I went on holiday. The wiring was already there from the previous lights but were wired straight into the board in the same breaker as the downstairs sockets by the previous house owners. I left it like this just so I could test the lights & pir's. I've now connected into it's owner breaker but when I switch it on the RCCB trips straight away. I've checked all the wiring in the lights but are fine so I rewired back into the downstairs socket breaker just to test it & again it trips the RCCB.... Any ideas as why?

How many RCCBs do you have on the board? and if you have more than one, have you wired the neutral of the PIR/Light on them split as the RCCB live busbar?
