What application do you have in mind?
You can buy leads made up which have a 13A plug on one end and a 16A blue ceeform socket on the other, however carefull consideration needs to be given to the RCD protection of the circuit.
Or are you wanting the other way around so you can plug into a 16A socket and have a trailing 13A socket? It is possible, but similarly consideration needs to be given to RCD prootection.

Bit pricey at £50. Make your own if the outlet is already RCD protected.

Except he didn't, really.

Welcome to the forum DE999RED - hope you find it useful.

You, and others, will certainly find it easier to keep track of what's going on if you click this rather than copy & paste..... ;)

Try FeePay for the traling 16A adapter, BTW...

I would NOT trust the RCDs on campsites. Sitting in an enclosure outside with wide swings in temperature and humidity is not good for the reliability of RCDs. Also many campsites are run on shoestring budgets and I would not trust thier wiring to be compliant in terms of RCD or overcurrent protection. If you are planning to ever visit campsites abroad then I would also not trust them to maintain correct polarity.

Start working out how much it would cost to make a unit yourself an IP 44 rated unit with RCD protection, double pole overcurrent protection and three sockets and the £50 doesn't look so pricey IMO.
