wood burner central heating

i now live in spain we only get winter here for about 3 months and we dont have gas mains i have been looking at a room wood fire with a backboiler so i could here 3-4 radiators (no hot water needed) does any one have a design for the system and any help :rolleyes:

On the most basic arrangement, you'll probably find the manufacturer will ask for some of the system to be un-controlled eg. gravity heat leak rads usually towel rails. This side would also connect with open F&E/safety vent. The other rads would be on pumped circuit, controlled by pipe stats to shut down pump when return temps are too low for back boiler.

Do you really need to complicate things with a back boiler and rads?

If you can circulate hot air from the room where the stove is located, then you wont need the rads. It might be as simple as opening doors.
