Wood burning stove fitted tomorrow, what to expect?

Guys coming tomorrow to do this 2 day job. We've literally emptied the room including curtains and sheeted the floor after being warned how messy it is but is it really that bad?

Depends mainly on how clean the flue is. If not used (or swept) for ages there'll be a lot of rubbish coming out of it. Plus if they start using disc cutters for anything

Good memory but no. It's a much larger one in our main reception room.

Anyway day 1 has been - remarkably little mess but they pulled an entire van-load of rubble out of there (like a dozen trubs plus wheelbarrows when they ran out).
