Wood floor staining

Hi all, just sanded back our wood floors upstairs and now ready to stain and varnish. However, the shops round here only had a ronseal EXTERNAL wood stain. The young lad behind the counter said it would be ok but I'd prefer the opinion of the wise on here.

Will this be ok to use on our floors?
