I'm installing a new wood floor and in the near future we'll be having new carpets fitted in the room outside (by a professional).

I'm thinking of leaving the wood floor to carpet threshold for them. Or should I do this myself? Ideally want a stainless (long lasting one) that allows for an expansion.

Speak to the carpet Installers, they will be able to advise and supply the correct profile and finish it perfectly.
