Firstly, are there any maximum sizes (square area / height) before planning permission needs to be sought?
Secondly, I read somewhere that if siting on a boundary, there are further height restrictions due to blocking light to a neighbour. Is this true, and does it still apply if the boundary is adjacent to a road and not another garden?
