Wooden cladding treatment

Hi All,

What should I do to treat this wooden cladding? Part of the bungalow is bleached by the sun, some of it is perpetually shaded and has green bits. I don't know what had been used before, if anything. Heck I don't even know what sort of wood it is.

What should I be painting on this wood and do I need to brush/sand/power wash the green bits first?

Is there a different sort of treatment I should be using on the sunny/shaded sides?

Any other pointers appreciated, except about the roof which is a known issue and not getting sorted this year.

I'm thinking some Osmo UV extra oil. The mouldy bits are going to get a power wash and then the entire lot is going to get a couple of coats of this:
