Im looking for some of those wooden surrounds that you fit around light switches and elec sockets etc.
I need some that can be stained to match the woodwork Ive already completed.
I know B&Q do some but the price is restrictive because I need to buy a lot.
Does anyone know of a cheap supplier of these items. Tried Screwfix but no luck.
Cheers.

You can make these yourself if you decide it's worth it using decent saw, jig saw and plane, or if you have a router you can add a decent moulded edge. If you're doing a number of them it's worth making a jig so you get a reasonable replica of each one. if you intend to paint them, use mdf, as it's a more stable material and will be less likely to break along the grain. If you intend to stain them choose a decent tight grained wood, and take care when cutting, particularly the cut outs as it's at this time the weakest areas are exposed.

Hope this helps
