Hi first post as new.
We've moved into an old terrace that's owned by a housing association. We've noticed damp about a foot up from the bottom in the lounge. It has a wooden floating? Floor. We've been told that they would have replaced the floor with a concrete one but "ran out of money!" So were left with whatveeve got. I've just purchased laminate flooring, fibre boards etc..... any suggestions on what I should do to stop any damp ruining my floor? I'm worried about the winter months as it's been really dry recently so it's not as bad. There is 1 air brick at the front. Cheers
