Wooden windows,opening INWARDS with proper LOCKS?

Am looking for 4 double glazed wooden windows (870 x 1730mm) , opening inwards (France) which have proper locks; plus two French windows (1940 x 1950mm) to same design, preferably in oak. Can collect from UK. Any ideas for suppliers as I have drawn a blank in France. The icing on the cake would be if they had built in mosquito screens.
