Worc Bosch 28i No H/Water no rads

Anybody help, no hot water no rads. The power light is on , the pressur is on 2 the heating will click on and sounds as if running, rads cold , no hot water .

No obvious leaks, as worked perfectly for the last 4 years

any ideas?

You have been a little too economic with your description.

You say there is a "click" when you select heating.

You dont say what happens when DHW is used !

Perhaps the pump, gas valve, pcb, fan, aps or any of the many parts within the boiler has failed?

I would say that you will need a half competent boiler engineer as such a simple fault will be easy to find. Six minutes after taking case off I would hope.

Thanks for the reply,
The noise from the boiler clicks on as it always as and is the usual sound when the rads and hot water would work. I run the hot water tap for ages no hot water and rads stay cold. I have taken cover off to see nothing in the view window. Should there be a flame? No knowledge of this type of thing sorry for being vague.

Check the overheat stat hasn't popped out, Little button on top left of the boiler.

I have had a look at that reset button, its a red button standing proud about a 1/4 of an inch, should this be flush.

Try pushing it in.

Tried to push the button in but it is solid, it as a retaining nut at the base , should this be loosened to help push the button in?
