Got a hot water problem. Tested Voltages on the main boards and routed the problem to the hot water pressure switch.

When I switched the hot water on I got no demand light illumination. Flow is OK, and everything seems to be working fine apart from hot water.

Took the switch out to investigate, took the hoses of to see if they were obstructed. Switched the hot water on and pressed the microswitch and law and behold it fired up. Turns out the rubber diaphragm in the switch is perforated and so it won't actuate the switch under flow. A new switch is about 40 quid but a friend of mine said you can replace the diaphragm.

Does anyone know where I can get a new diaphragm?

Thanks
Al

just go to parts center ask for a diverter repair kit and get a new assembly coupling also.

thats the part you need to take off to get to the diaphram.
