I have a Worcester Bosch 24CDi boiler that's just had a perished diverter valve diaphragm replaced. The unit worked perfectly for a couple of days after the repair and the plunger moved freely and swiftly with even a small DHW demand.

Now the plunger has become VERY stiff and only moves a couple of MM with hot taps on fully.

Can anyone suggest what might have happened? Pretty certain that the cam wasn't bent during repair, which I know can cause it to stick.

Cheers,

Andy
