Worcester 24i Boiler Problems

Can any one please please help.

I have a Worcester 24i boiler. The Boiler appears to be workiing in that there is no fault light showing and it seems to be making all of the correct noises. How ever it does not provide me with any central heating or hot water??

Can any one please help me with this problem?

is the green burner on light coming on?
is the boiler thermostat turned up?
