Worcester 24i fault

i've a fault on my worcester 24i , its not the pcb because i got 3 of them here 2 brand new and 1 original one . the fault is intermittent the flame lights regardless of if it is on auto or heating or hot water . the initial light is a small flame and when it trys to turn on properly to the large flame the flame just dies back to nothing and i hear a click . sometimes it does it and sometimes it works fine . is there some other monitorer of the flame that is of fault

please give me advise on how it is fixed and if i get a professional around the rough sort of cost

Sound like ign rate gas pressure might be to low.

Standard call out £50 should sort it but thats me
