Worcester 28ci pressure relief valve

Cheers fella....makes a lot of sense that.

I have never had a problem with the ones in your first picture but the other lever type must be more susceptible to it.

I see a lot of vokera lineas (they have the lever type) and i used to just try and change the head but was finding that they would start passing at lower pressures than 3 bar.

I just thought they were carp..now i know why.

Yes they're a right bugger. They fit that type to the Modenas and its hell to replace. The PRV seating is formed in a custom brass manifold combined with the pressure switch take off etc.
