worcester 28i junior cant top up pressure

hello all first time on site
have a worcester 28i junior
the pressure has dropped during a radiator change.
normaly turning plastic top up nut allows the pressure to raise, now no water flows when turning nut.

Check if the knob is turning but not the valve. My old one did this.
