I have searched the forum and can't find an answer to the problem I have and wonder if anyone can assist.
The above is about 5 years old. Twice in the past week it has initially worked when switched by the roomstat, but after switching off neither the hot water or the central heating will come back to life.
The fan and pump run but the system doesn't ignite or appear to make any attempt to - i get no sparking
On the two occasions I have had the issue so far it appears to work after moving the switch to the right of the mechanical timer to off and back on to constant.
It then carries on as normal with both the heating and water
The pressure guage shows 1 bar
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
