Hello all,

I have been working on a worcester bosch 3.5 high flow combi and struggling to get it working correctly. The integral twin channel programmer had the hot water light on when only the c/h was selected. This light stayed on even after the hot water storage was satisfied. Also when only the hot water is switched on the rads start to warm up.

So I have changed the programmer, and the synch motor in the divertor valve and also the pump over-run pcb as this looked like it had a burnt out resistor on the board.

On closer inspection I noticed that the tension spring inside the divertor head is not really tight and the manual lever feels slackish.

The boiler still has the same faults. Worcester have gone through the electrical checks with me and deduced that it is the new programmer at fault.

Any help would be appreciated.
