Worcester 37 CDI versus Vaillant Ecotec Plus 837/937

The boiler probably stores the water at about 80°C.

However, I am also confused by the maths and the practical viewpoint.

The only people who have fitted them do not seem to have really carried out any objective tests!

How the hell can you get the equivalent of 50 li of hot water from a 15 li tank ?

Or are there TWO 15 li tanks heated to 80°C in which case it becomes what can reasonably expected.

Whatever, its only a short term boost for filling a bath.

Hardly enough for running TWO showers are few are content with just 10 minutes! I like a 20 minute shower. Better to share a shower than run two seperate showers at the same time!

In that case I dont see how it can possibly do what it claims!

The tanks are only reheated when the demand falls below maximum or stops.

The promotion "video" so kindly sent to me, suggests that the flow is split in some clever way as to heat up the reserve as soon as the demand falls below maximum.
I can easily see how that works in theory, but to do that reliably in practice is a different story.
