Worcester Bosch 240 stays on when off.

Hi we have a Worcester Bosch 240 Combi boiler. the problem is that when the boiler is set to OFF or set to time and the boiler is OFF the heating keeps cutting in. The boiler is in the kitchen so it is not a frost cutin issue. This all started a few weeks ago when I was getting up early and using the hot tap before the heating was due to start in the morning. When I put the hot tap off the heating side of the boiler kicked in and heated the system stayed on till the boiler thermostat kicked in. I thought at first the it was a sticky diverter valve, but it seams fine. I noticed in the manual that there is a Micro Switch at the Diverter Valve, is this somthing that could cause the problem.?

microswitch on divertor is sticking or the pin is not returning so boiler thinks there is a HW demand
