Worcester bosch 24i junior dhw issue

Hi . Im having issues with a worcester bosch 24i junior .

Im getting a constant blue light and no hot water when there is a demand for dhw. Ch is working perfectly fine.

I spoke to worcester technical and they ran through the flow sensor checks with me and im getting all the correct vaultages (dc) from the board.
So they suggested changing the flow sensor which i have . However i am still getting the issues intermittently.

Any advice would be welcome
