Hi,
Just had a new boiler fitted, the installer left the charging key in it doesnt willingly come out, is it ok to leave in. Cheers

Have you turned the key fully anti-clockwise (looking from below)? they do need a fair bit of a pull - at least, mine does.
 
They do often seem to jam both in and out!

It will not really do any harm if left in though apart from looking untidy.

Technically all filling loops should be removed but 98% are left in place.

tried a few times pulling as hard as i dare,no joy.
Trying to get the installer back no joy there either,
will phone Worcester see what they say. bp.
