Worcester Bosch Greenstar Utility 18/25- lockout light

Hi we have an ongoing problem with our oil boiler installed in 2012. the red lockout light keeps coming on. we press it and sometimes the boiler fires and sometimes it doesnt. serviced 3 months ago. new tank and oil pipe with tiger loop. the company that installed the boiler have been at it for over a year and cant sort it. they have now given up- we have had 2 control boxes, 2 optic sensors and 2 coils (solenoid) any thoughts please? thanks
