I had one a couple of weeks ago and all i did was pull the 21 pin connector off the pcb and refit it. It has worked fine since.

Give it a go.

Turn the leccy off first though.

Wish I could be more specific about this but I vaguely remember one job well over a year ago where a pcb connector had poor joints onto the plug. Apparently it was a fairly common thing according to the Worcester engineer who came out and replaced the wiring FOC.

Anyway my message is to check the pcb plug wiring on Worcesters when a pcb fault is suspected
