Worcester greenstar 30si boiler

I am afraid you have done all you can ,further investigation needs a gsr engineer ,as it entails opening up the boiler.

You said you had "bled" all the rads, this would cause the system pressure to decrease, I've known the pressure gauges stick on these boilers.:cautious:

kidgreen61,earlier on op stated the pressure gauge was near red ,which is why he bled the rads to reduce it to 1.5 bar. and when he puts boiler on ( even though ignition does not take place ) it goes up to 2 bar . odd to say the least ,but hey its a worster.!!! I think they are junk . do you rate any of theirs ?
