Worcester greenstar danesmoor diverter valve

Hi there, have a Worcester greenstar Danesmoor utility it's a few years old. Presume the diverter valve has gone as hot water won't work unless you put hot water and heating on. Is the diverter valve located at the back of the boiler? Can't seem to fine it

Check around your hot water cylinder.

Can see one in the pipes around the cylinder, just the central heating pump

You must have motorised valve somewhere keep looking and show us some pics around cylinder

Cylinder pipework looks to be gravity circulation?
