Worcester heatslave oil boiler,no drain valves on radiators, how do I drain the system?

are any lower floor rads near a door with 15 mm pipes ?

Bungalow,radiator feeds are 10mm,no flexibility,can I drain the system via the pressure relief valve.....?

2 drain off's on boiler one on boiler other on heat store.
Unfortunately for reasons best known to Worcester they are part 1 and leak like sieves !
