Worcester junior green star leak

hi I was wondering if anyone on here has had a new Worcester with any of the retaining clips for the various internal components from the factory not installed properly (ie in the open position allowing the component to come out). I’ve had one come with one not fitted correctly causing a leak . Thanks

was it the expansion vessel connection ? as this is connected at install

No it was the thermistor for the hot water ,I was called out to a leak and found the thermistor dangling on its wire and the clip in the open position . It was installed 6 days previously and the thermistor held until it finally shot out
