I'm looking to save some dosh on new heating controls by making use of existing set if at all possible. Trouble is I'm unsure if WB made any changes other than sticking their name on the front of this Drayton unit.

The receiver on the old boiler is connected directly to the PCB with a small connector using only 3 tiny wires (red white blue). If I were to make a mountable box to fit this, could it be re-used wired to the new boilers 24v output? If so what colour wires are which?

If not would the digistat work with a standard Drayton wireless scr?

Cheers.

P.S: New boiler will most likely be an Intergas.

Thgere was a bit of discussion on this two weeks ago that you should read.

Many of us like the Intergas!

Thats the one I was thinking of.

You dont just need a decent installer, you need one registered with Intergas so that you can have the five year warrantee.

Right, only I cannot see how that thread is relevant to my question but okay....

When I said decent installer I also meant Intergas P5. None in Harrogate sadly.

After speaking with Drayton tech support it seems T45 isn't the model number for this unit, it's part # is 7 716 192 004 0.
It will work though as the receiver is an ISS 2 (issue 2) so the frequency is 433mhz.
