my pressure on the above boiler has dropped below 1 after i blead the radiators, now i understand i need to fill it with the filling key now i found the filling key in the cupboard but it will no way fit, it looks the same as this one and is apparently the right one http://www.onlineplumbingsupplies.co.uk/acatalog/CombiFill.jpg

the thing you turn underneath the boiler( to the left facing) to is far to big! very confusing

please help!! need some hot water lol

There are two sizes of filling key for worcesters, but I am a little surprised that you have been left with the wrong one... They smetimes can be a little tight to fit in the hole but a shot of silicone spray usually sorts it out

i'm sure they have slots that line up so the key needs to be turned slowly and lined up then pushed in and turned like a light bulb, it is possible the original key was lost and someone has got another which is bigger and was never tried, you cannot fill the boiler without it so you may need another key, if you are sure the key is too big take it to the plumbers merchants or HRPC etc and they wil sort you out.
