in the past I was expecting any plasterboard type it wall be ok..but I want something that according to building regulation

The information you require for specification of material type can be found in the literature I have linked in previous post.
The books are downloadable but you can also get hard copies from British Gypsum, if you send them a nice request. State you work for yourself and require the information in hard copy.
