Hello All, I seem to be in a right Rut lately, topsy turvey hours, working weekends....
decided I have had enough....
No more weekends, 7 hours a day Monday to Friday........
Anybody here been in a similar predicament?

I'm trying to keep ahead of a team of builders on a pub renovation, worked the whole bank holiday, no other trades in sight. Bliss. Swore I would make up for the days later this year somewhere.......That begs to be so seen.

I've been in quite the opposite predicament, doing an 8-4 at the moment and it blows. Have to join the rat race (even in rural Suffolk) and work with "day staff". My normal job is on shifts covering any hour of the week - much more civilised! You can go into town on some random tuesday and not get caught up with the general public. You can go to the dentist, you can call tradesmen in during daylight hours without having to book time off work.
