i live under reigate and banstead councill and phoned up yesterday about the shed [3.7m by3.1m]i am building i asked was there a need for planning or any condisions relevent the jist of the conversation is
it nearer than x mtrs to the public highway
was it nearer to the highway than the house
was it larger than 25% of the total plot
is it taller than 3m flat or 4m pitched roof
does it encroach on other property eg gutters drain water ect
was the size greater than xm
answerd all the above no
so planning not neccisery
also have you consulted the neibours off course i have
[i did but not neccisery]
