I found this in the garage of our new house, can anyone tell me what this is, I think it’s something to do with welding, I was going to throw it in the rubbish, but if it’s of any value I may as well sell it, or swap it for dwink (hic!)....

Its a gas splitting valve with a pressure gauge manometer style......If its for welding use, I've no idea!
For two torch use, maybe.
The blue taps mean oxygen.

Medical?

The calibrated tube is a gas flow rate indicator

It looks sort of medical, but from what I've seen of medical stuff (not too much fortunately so far!) it tends to be plated and better finished. My best guess is it's from some sort of industrial lab equipment.

I wouldn't bin it or weigh it in. I'd eBay it.
 
Its a flow rate indicator.
Can be used for argoshield when mig welding or nitrogen flow control to purge refrigerant tubing when brazing to prevent carbon formation inside the tube.
