Its a shame that when you actually try and help somebody they don't listen and make it worse for themselves.

I gave him a form to complain. But I won't lose any sleep over the angry middle aged white man who thought he could make me back down. He went home with a failure, after initially only being advised. What a plonker !

Go to various car owner forums and mot testers sites, and see how many are being failed for it

Despite them being helped at the 1st test (usually only fail on the retest) by removing it and advising.

What happens after the test ( they can put it back in) doesn't matter to me. It's just, at the time of test.

Only failed 1 for it so far, will let you know when it happens next. Fairly sure it will, the flags in windscreens are a big craze around here
